The absolute best customer service in the business! Marico is professional, charming, and kind. He has extensive knowledge, gives great tours and is very hands on. I love that these units are new and clean and there are humidifiers-what?!? The prices can’t be beat and the customer service is the cherry on top. I’m leaving Public Storage and could not be happier!

Marico, the store manager, was absolutely amazing. He gave my family and I the best experience. We had an issue getting into the gate and on his off day, he came and assisted us. Opening an account and starting a relationship with the company was streamlined and easy. Within 10 minutes of walking into the building i had a key in my hand. I was able to claim a promotion for the first months free on the rent if the storage unit all i had to pay was the fees associated with opening an account. The building offers wheeled carts to help move larger loads in single trips between their bay door and my unit of choice. The whole facility has full access 24/7 and is climate controlled. Very satisfied with my experience thus far.

He sold me on the place with his clear open demeanor, truly - it’s because he is so clearly competent that I went with home star over other options. The person a company hires to be the face of their operation typically reflects the core values of the company - Marico is head and shoulders above every other storage facility manager I met with in my search in terms of communication skills, knowledge of the facility and his job, and simply being someone you instinctively know you can trust.
